1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service govern the access and use of TitanPrefab's digital tools (including the 3D Configurator), consultation services, and the commercial procurement, fabrication, delivery, and installation of our modular acoustic pods.
2. Quotations & Custom Orders
All custom architectural configurations, color finishes, power modules, and bespoke dimensional adjustments are subject to formal written confirmation and signed engineering specifications prior to manufacturing dispatch.
3. Delivery, Site Readiness & Installation
TitanPrefab modular pods are delivered in flat-pack crating engineered for elevator transit and narrow commercial hallways. Clients are responsible for ensuring clear freight elevator access and standard electrical hookups (110V/230V) prior to the arrival of the certified installation crew.
4. Commercial Warranty & Acoustic Guarantee
All TitanPrefab structural aluminum frames come with a 5-Year Limited Commercial Warranty. Electrical harnesses, ventilation fan assemblies, and LED circadian controllers are warranted for 2 Years from delivery against manufacturing defects.
